Thanks to some friends looking out for the Cider Report, I salvaged one picture and review from my birthday trolley pub tour last weekend. Red Clay’s Rosé cider was a popular option at the NoDa breweries. Now, normally I don’t go for rosé flavors, but this cider has me rethinking my stance! It was lovely and refreshing. Red Clay is my favorite cidery to visit in Charlotte, so expect a full tasting post soon!
