Alpenfire | Calypso

Tasted Alpenfire’s Calypso, a blackberry, rum barrel-aged cider close to the source at Quench in Port Townsend. Overlooking the water, our table unanimously, sophisticatedly described it as “very blackberry-y.” The cider is very fruity, yet tart, just like a fresh Washington blackberry.
