ANXO | District Dry

First cider I’ve tried out of DC proper. The labels for ANXO jumped off the shelf at Salud NoDa, and we picked what appeared to be their classic cider. District Dry is dry, like the name suggests, and reminds me of Sauvignon Blanc. Makes sense because they ferment their cider with tannins. Dry enough that it’s a slow sipper, which is good because it’s 6.9% ABV.

My boyfriend is from the northwest corner of D.C. so the next time we visit his parents, you can bet I’m going to check out ANXO in person. Check out all of their ciders and work-of-art can labels here!
